Export Clerk International Transport 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company with an international focus and a strong position in the aviation sector. Responsibilities:
You independently handle export processes according to internal guidelines.
Coordination with freight forwarders and authorities is part of your regular duties.
You prepare the necessary documents for international shipments.
You check customs formalities and ensure correct processing.
In case of deviations from delivery dates, you coordinate the next steps.
You record goods movements and provisions in the ERP system.
You additionally take on import processing and general warehouse tasks.
If needed, you support the preparation of materials for international assignments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable professional qualification
At least two years of practical experience in international export business
Good user knowledge of an ERP system
Knowledge of customs and shipping processing of international goods deliveries
Independent and structured working style in daily operational business
Strong organisational skills and confident handling of priorities
Team-oriented working style in an international environment
Fluent German and good English skills
