For an internationally active company in special plant engineering for the life sciences, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled individual. The modern production environment is characterised by innovative technologies, high quality standards and close cooperation between engineering, production and quality assurance. Automation Technician (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the electrical wiring of machines, systems and assemblies
- Carrying out pneumatic installations according to technical specifications
- Testing and initial commissioning of machines and systems according to applicable standards and guidelines
- Carrying out functional and safety tests
- Analysis, documentation and rectification of technical deviations and faults
- Support during customer acceptance and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Close cooperation with engineering, production and quality assurance
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines and internal guidelines
- Checking and implementing electrical schematics and technical manufacturing documents
- Participation in the continuous optimisation of assembly and testing processes
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ or comparable electrical engineering training
- Experience in the electrical wiring of machines, systems or control cabinets
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning of technical systems is an advantage
- Experience in mechanical and plant engineering desirable
- Knowledge of the regulated pharmaceutical environment as well as GMP and GAMP guidelines is an advantage
- Confident handling of technical drawings, electrical schematics and manufacturing documents
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
- Strong team skills, sense of responsibility and solution orientation
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- English skills for technical communication are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
