Senior Linux Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Administration and continuous development of a Linux infrastructure with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server as well as a Kubernetes environment on SUSE Rancher/RKE2
Implementation and optimisation of automation solutions with Ansible, Infrastructure as Code and AWX
Development and operation of CI/CD processes on Forgejo as well as technical support for application and developer teams
Ensuring reliable 7x24 platform operation including monitoring, 2nd-level support as well as automated updates, upgrades and releases
Implementation of security and operational requirements such as hardening, vulnerability management as well as management of certificates, secrets and privileged accounts
Qualifications:
Completed technical education at HF, FH, university or ETH level or comparable practical experience
Several years of experience with Linux systems and Kubernetes in productive 7x24 environments
Very good knowledge of Ansible, IaC, CI/CD and DevOps
Know-how in platform security, networking, DNS, load balancing and firewalls; certifications in ITIL, cloud or open source are an advantage
German C2, good English skills and French are an advantage
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
