At Hügli in Steinach, part of the Bell Food Group, a versatile role awaits you, combining solid SAP FI/CO expertise, a strong understanding of numbers and excellent project management skills. As a Master Key User, you are the pivotal point for further developing and sustainably harmonising our financial processes across country borders.

Your tasks

• Process architecture: You design and standardise the SAP FI/CO modules group-wide and ensure that our systems are optimally aligned with the needs of the local companies
• Standardisation: Developing global guidelines and best practices is in your hands to ensure maximum transparency and efficiency across the group
• Business partnering: As a central contact, you bridge the gap between departments, IT and local finance teams
• Support & training: You empower local key users through targeted training (DE/EN) and act as a competent 1st level support for complex queries, additionally serving as the interface between 1st and 2nd level support
• Project management: Exciting SAP FI/CO roll-outs in countries such as Italy, the Netherlands or the UK, as well as the development of modern controlling and analysis tools (e.g. BI, profit centre accounting etc.) shape your agenda for the coming years
• Consolidation: You accompany group-wide consolidation processes, ensure a consistent data basis and support the further development of the corresponding processes and system solutions, for example in Jedox

Your profile

• SAP FI/CO expertise: You have solid and several years of experience with SAP FI/CO - ideally as a key user, master key user or in a comparable function close to the subject matter. Your focus is on processes and their development; deep programming or customising knowledge is not required
• Affinity for numbers: You have a strong understanding of financial contexts, analyses and key figures. You do not have to be a classic controller - what matters is that you are confident in the world of numbers and understand finance processes professionally
• Consolidation & reporting: You are familiar with consolidation, planning and reporting processes and have ideally already worked with corresponding BI or performance management solutions such as Jedox.
• Analytical acumen: You enjoy penetrating complex business processes and translating them into smart system solutions
• International spirit: Since we operate globally, fluent English skills and enjoyment of intercultural collaboration are a given for you
• Can-do mentality: You bring the necessary willingness to change in order not only to introduce new standards but also to anchor them sustainably in the company
• Project experience: You have solid project management experience and are used to coordinating complex projects and different stakeholders in a structured manner
