Clerk Internal Sales and Export 60-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from order entry to invoicing.
Preparing export documents is part of your duties.
You coordinate the necessary administrative steps for import and export transactions.
You respond to customer enquiries by phone and in writing.
You coordinate delivery dates and order-related questions with internal specialist departments.
You perform administrative tasks for sales and prepare the required documents.
You also support internal processes in marketing activities.
You record changes to customer and order data in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Initial experience in order processing or international goods traffic is an advantage.
English skills for communication with international contacts.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with ERP applications and maintaining company data.
Independent working style in administrative and commercial tasks.
Strong customer understanding and commercial thinking.
Very good written and spoken German skills.
