What is my role?

• Personal and competent advice to customers from construction, industry and crafts

• Independent management of an assigned sales sector

• Picking and preparation of customer orders

• Independent processing of all orders in the ERP system

• Carrying out cash register reconciliations

• Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices in retail

• Active support of the sales team in day-to-day business

What do I need to be successful?

• Training in retail, ideally in the hardware or do-it-yourself sector, or a basic craft training - both are advantageous but not essential

• Training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this

• Strong sales talent and enjoyment of customer contact

• High service and customer orientation

• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
