Role:
As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you design modern ICT solutions and develop future-oriented work environments. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of technical solutions that optimise the digital workplace. In this position, you are the contact person for demanding questions and accompany customers in the sustainable transformation of their work processes. The focus is on long-term collaboration and the continuous maintenance of stable partnerships. Your expertise and commitment make the difference for high-performance, modern working environments.
Responsibilities:
- You develop modern workplace solutions with Microsoft 365 and Intune for our customers.
- As an IT System Engineer, you manage device platforms such as Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS efficiently and securely.
- In this role, you use Conditional Access Policies to technically implement compliance requirements.
- You automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and selectively integrate third-party tools.
- With Defender for Endpoint, you ensure reliable protection of our customers’ end devices.
- You support technical pre-sales activities and provide competent 2nd and 3rd level support.
Qualifications:
- You have several years of professional experience with Microsoft Intune and the associated Entra ID dependencies.
- Your sense of responsibility and high quality standards characterise your working style.
- Security is your focus and is consistently integrated into the implementation of your tasks.
- You actively follow technological developments and bring innovative ideas into everyday work.
- You see continuous development in the area of endpoint management as a central task.
- A category B driving licence enables you to personally support customers on site.
