Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our client is an internationally active industrial company with many years of experience. Quality, innovative solutions and the continuous development of products and processes are at the centre.
Responsibilities:
You check the export-relevant details of incoming customer orders.
For customs tariff classification, you assign goods to the appropriate tariff positions.
You ensure compliance with export control regulations and dual-use rules.
For international shipments, you coordinate the necessary transport services.
You prepare the necessary documents for customs clearance and cross-border deliveries.
You coordinate delivery status and shipping dates with customers and external logistics service providers.
In cooperation with sales, service and logistics, you resolve order-related discrepancies.
You are responsible for the correct documentation and administrative processing of deliveries.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally related to international trade.
You bring practical experience with cross-border goods deliveries.
Knowledge of export control and customs law is required for this role.
A specialised further education in foreign trade or export is welcome.
You are familiar with common ERP solutions and MS Office.
You keep an overview even with several parallel orders.
You work carefully, make decisions independently within your area of responsibility and coordinate with others if necessary.
You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and well in English.
