You design and implement versatile ICT projects for business customers and accompany them from technical planning to successful commissioning.
You develop modern cloud solutions and support companies with the migration and introduction of Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
You develop technical concepts for Microsoft 365 environments and implement solutions around SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Security & Compliance as well as Endpoint Management and Windows Autopilot.
You maintain and optimise existing network architectures based on Fortinet and UniFi and ensure secure and efficient operation.
You analyse existing ICT environments, conduct IT security audits, document technical solutions, and support customers in resolving complex issues as well as in introducing new technologies.
Qualifications:
You have completed a training as an ICT specialist EFZ or a technical basic education with corresponding further training.
You have several years of professional experience in the ICT field and are familiar with the requirements of modern IT infrastructures from practice.
You bring solid knowledge in Windows and Linux system environments, virtualisation as well as in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
You are proficient in Microsoft Teams, PowerShell and network technologies and ideally have experience with Fortinet and UniFi solutions.
You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support, analyse technical problems systematically, and communicate confidently in German as well as well in English.
