Tasks

• Processing of purchase orders
• Feasibility checks and preparation of supplier conditions in cooperation with production, purchasing and logistics
• Preparation of quotations and order confirmations
• Handling of telephone enquiries
• Processing of complaints and returns
• Invoicing and creation of credit notes

Requirements

• Commercial basic training
• SAP user knowledge
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written
• Good French language skills, spoken and written
• Team player, committed, reliable
