Training Officer / Human Resources Management / 100% / 6-month Fixed-term Contract
Attached to the IMAD Campus, within the HR Development division, you will lead and develop all activities related to training the next generation, in line with the institutional strategy and HR policy. In this role, you actively contribute to the development of initial and on-the-job training at secondary II and tertiary levels, while ensuring coordination with training partners, management, HR managers, and operational teams.
Your missions and responsibilities
Within the IMAD Campus and in collaboration with your colleagues, your mission is to develop and manage activities related to apprentices (~60 planned for 2026) and interns. You oversee the training of learners in coordination with external partners, management, and HR managers. Your activities include:
- Analysing the institution's staffing needs, proposing training strategies, ensuring their implementation and evaluation
- Leading and implementing the educational framework with hierarchical lines and HR managers (supervision plan, internal management rules for company trainers/practitioner trainers)
- Coordinating teaching and scheduling of cohorts with training organisations (vocational school, OFPC, etc.)
- Implementing the recruitment process for apprentices (ASSC and others) and selecting interns in collaboration with recruitment officers, HR managers, and management
- Defining and planning staffing levels and coordinating scheduling within the institution
- Coordinating, supervising, and supporting the organisation of supervision within teams by enforcing the regulatory training framework and institutional rules
- Advising and supporting hierarchical lines and HR managers in monitoring apprentices and interns (evaluation, absence, etc.)
- Developing innovative and adapted training and support measures within the two pathways, especially for apprentices and trainers
- Participating in working groups and committees related to training the next generation.
Qualifications
- Higher education in HR and/or adult education
- At least 5 years of successful experience in training and/or human resources in a company
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss education system, particularly vocational training
- Knowledge of the health sector and change management
- Excellent oral expression and public presentation skills
- Proactivity, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and conceptual abilities
- Client orientation and ability to work transversally and in multidisciplinary teams
- Methodology, good sense of priorities, and excellent organisational skills.
