Head of Administrative Personnel Management - 100% Permanent Contract
Your mission
Reporting to the Human Resources Directorate, you oversee all activities related to the administrative and technical management of personnel. You lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of about ten specialised employees, ensuring quality, coherence and innovation in the HR services offered. Your role includes supervising administrative processes and representing the organisation with social partners while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of practices.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage, organise and lead the work of a team of about twelve employees within Human Resources,
- develop, propose and coordinate the implementation of tools aimed at efficient management of HR administrative processes,
- supervise key areas throughout the employee lifecycle, such as the salary system, time management, absence monitoring, HR reception, scheduling medical aptitude appointments,
- ensure compliance of practices with internal rules as well as current legislation,
- structure, formalise and deploy procedures, guidelines and processes related to HR administration,
- ensure full supervision of the social insurance domain,
- produce, analyse and monitor data and statistics related to social insurance and HR activities,
- ensure continuous optimisation of processes and quality of services provided by the department
Your profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, law, economics, social sciences or equivalent qualification,
- additional certification desired (federal diploma in HR/social insurance/labour law),
- at least 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in a managerial role,
- good knowledge of HR administrative management, social insurance and labour legislation,
- ability to unite and motivate a multidisciplinary team,
- strong results orientation, autonomy and initiative,
- well-developed organisational skills, rigour and stress resistance,
- ability to communicate with diverse interlocutors (management, social partners, other departments, employees),
- perfect command of French (spoken and written), good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset,
- proficiency in HR IT tools (SAP HR, HCM or equivalents) and good digital literacy
