Building Services Engineer / Project Manager Sanitary

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. To achieve this, we develop, produce, and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Independent initiation, management, and completion of customer projects
  
• Preparation and handling of offers and orders for industrially prefabricated solutions
  
• Creation of CAD planning documents including feasibility checks and material extraction
  
• Issuance of production releases and obtaining the "approval for execution"
  
• Coordination of internal and external interfaces
  
• Coordination of appointments, deliveries, and transports with customers
  
• Technical advice and customer service
  
• Leadership and supervision of service partners and contractors

Your skills

• Completed technical basic training in the field of sanitary, heating, building technology or a related construction or installation technology
  
• Good CAD skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  
• Several years of professional experience in project management is an advantage
  
• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
  
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
  
• High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of a hub function
  
• Precise and reliable working style as well as digital affinity
