Operations Electrician (m/f) 100%

For our client, a traditional company in Switzerland, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced Operations Electrician (m/f) 100%.

In this key position, you are responsible for ensuring a trouble-free operation of the plant in a demanding 3- to 4-shift system and act as deputy for your supervisor (Head of Electrical) during their absence.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the integration of new systems into existing systems and controls

• Preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment

• Extending and renewing control and regulation circuits (MSR) on production, packaging, HVAC, and building technology systems

• Programming of PLC controls (Siemens S7-300/1200/1500) and visualisations with WinCC for new and refurbishment projects

• Creating specifications and electrical schematic documentation with CAD

• Control cabinet construction and modifications

• Preparation of safety certificates for systems and buildings as well as updating technical documentation

• Compliance with electrical installation regulations and the safety of electrical systems and machines according to NIN, NIV, SUVA, EKAS, EN and ESTI

• General tasks: carrying out general electrical installations, ensuring the telephone system and workplace setup in administration (IT equipment)

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician or automation technician

• Operations electrician permit (3 years under expert supervision)
• Experience in programming PLC controls

• Very high performance record and excellent work accuracy

• High coordination skills and communication competence

• Leadership and motivational skills with professional experience

• Language skills: German (D) mandatory, English (E) advantageous
