Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for construction, industry and infrastructure. The company develops, plans and realises individual systems, combining technical planning with in-house manufacturing and practical implementation.
Quality, precision and a customer-oriented approach characterise the company. You can expect a down-to-earth environment with short decision-making paths, direct collaboration and varied tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of work preparation activities
- Processing customer orders
- Requesting supplier prices
- Collaboration with assembly partners at home and abroad
- Monitoring ongoing projects in cooperation with relevant teams
- Managing the transport process with various involved companies
- Assisting with quotation preparation
- Managing master data for products and addresses in ERP/CRM (ABACUS)
Qualifications:
- Completed basic technical training
- Technical aptitude and spatial imagination
- Enjoyment of communication and customer contact
- Organisational skills, reliability and structured working
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Open to continuous learning and development
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
