About the job
You will help shape how leadership is developed and lived at Emmi worldwide. In doing so, you combine two central themes: Engagement Measurement and Leadership Development.
You are responsible for our group-wide Engagement Measurement and develop it from the initial pilots into an effective global approach. This creates important data and insights that help us better understand engagement and develop it purposefully.
At the same time, you shape our global leadership learning landscape, develop high-quality development offerings, work directly with leaders and teams, and further develop our Excellent Leadership approach in terms of content.
In this way, you contribute to sustainably strengthening Engagement and Excellent Leadership as key levers for performance and collaboration at Emmi.
