Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
An experienced specialist is sought for the design, implementation, and operation of sophisticated IT infrastructures. The focus is on Microsoft technologies, hybrid environments, and the reliable execution of customer projects.
Responsibilities:
Building, operating, and optimising complex Microsoft infrastructures on-premises and in the cloud
Implementation of customer projects from technical conception to deployment
Conducting workshops on Microsoft 365 and Azure
Handling complex incidents in 2nd-level support
Executing demanding changes and assuming technical responsibility
Requirements engineering for complex customer systems
Maintaining technical documentation and coordinating with architecture, project management, and service delivery
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT system engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a senior system engineer or in a comparable role
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualisation, storage, and networking
Experience with hybrid IT infrastructures and complex system landscapes
High level of certification in the Microsoft environment
Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
Category B driving licence
Very good German and good English skills
