Role:
Do you want to combine your experience in the wood sector with your enjoyment of customer contact? As a Technical Sales Consultant Wood (m/f/d), you will support specialist customers directly on site, advise them on the selection of suitable products, and develop existing business relationships further.
Responsibilities:
You support specialist customers in selecting suitable products and advise them on their proper application.
You maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new business partners.
You present technical solutions for wood surfaces and respond to individual customer requirements.
You record customer concerns and feedback and coordinate their processing with internal specialist departments.
You work closely with the internal sales department and accompany ongoing customer enquiries.
You observe market developments and new trends in the wood and flooring sector.
You represent the company at specialist events, training sessions, and industry meetings.
Qualifications:
You have completed a vocational-technical training in the wood sector, for example as a carpenter EFZ or joiner EFZ.
You possess good knowledge of wood materials, surfaces, and their processing.
You enjoy personal customer advice and have an interest in technical sales.
You convince through strong communication skills, a confident appearance, and an independent, well-organised working style.
You are willing to travel and appreciate direct exchange with customers and business partners.
You hold a category B driving licence.
