Project Manager Building Construction / Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced project manager for demanding building construction and structural projects in steel and reinforced concrete construction. Our client provides engineering and planning services for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings and accompanies projects from conception through planning to realisation. The company offers modern planning methods, interdisciplinary project teams, varied construction projects, and attractive opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Management and technical handling of building construction projects in steel and reinforced concrete construction
Development and elaboration of structural concepts for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings
Execution of static calculations and dimensioning
Creation and review of project, formwork, and reinforcement plans
Coordination of specialist planners, architects, clients, and other project participants
Support of projects through various SIA planning phases up to execution
Assistance with tenders, awards, and technical clarifications
Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and professional implementation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a civil engineer FH or ETH
Several years of experience in structural engineering or building construction project management
Sound knowledge in steel and reinforced concrete construction
Experience with structural analysis software, CAD, and digital planning methods
Very good German language skills spoken and written
