IT Support Engineer 2nd Level (m/f/d)

You recommend suitable titles, ensure an appealing product presentation and accompany the entire sales process. You support internal customers as the first point of contact for IT questions and technical problems
You take on the installation, maintenance and configuration of IT workstations and cash register systems
With your expertise, you handle faults in 1st and 2nd level support via telephone and e-mail
You support IT infrastructure projects and take responsibility for sub-projects
If necessary, you provide on-call service and work outside regular hours
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and experience in IT support
Sound knowledge of Microsoft client and server products as well as networks and firewalls distinguishes you
A category B driving licence is available
Very good German skills as well as good English skills, spoken and written complete your profile
