Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager HVAC / Building Technology for the independent planning and realisation of demanding heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects. You will accompany projects through all relevant planning and implementation phases and be responsible for costs, deadlines and quality. As the central expert, you advise clients and coordinate architecture, specialist planning, contractors and authorities. The focus is on economical, energy-efficient and sustainable building technology solutions as well as professional site management during implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of HVAC projects across the relevant SIA phases
Conceptualisation, planning and dimensioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Development of energy-efficient and sustainable building technology concepts
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and technical project objectives
Preparation of project, execution and tender documents
Technical advice and support for clients and principals
Coordination with architects, specialist planners, contractors and authorities
Organisation and leadership of project, planning and construction meetings
Execution of site management and quality controls on site
Review of contractor documents and support for commissioning and acceptance
Coordination of interfaces with sanitary, electrical, building automation and other trades
Participation in the further development of planning standards, digital processes and internal workflows
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as building services planner heating or ventilation EFZ or comparable technical basic training
Further education as Dipl. Technician HF Building Technology, Bachelor FH in Building Technology/Energy and Environmental Technology or comparable qualification advantageous
Several years of professional experience in planning and realisation of HVAC systems
Experience in project management and site supervision of building technology projects
Knowledge of relevant SIA and SWKI standards as well as Swiss planning and construction practice
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD/planning tools and MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
