A 100% Socioprofessional Supervisor

The Mode d’emploi Foundation aims to combat professional and social exclusion. Its mission is to offer, in French-speaking Switzerland, a wide range of assessment, orientation, advice, development, and skills validation services for people who are employed, in professional transition, or facing difficulties in the labour market. As part of its development and to complement its teams, the Mode d’emploi Foundation is looking for, for its electronic and IT equipment recycling workshop in Payerne :

Your profile:

• Holder of the ES diploma of Socioprofessional Supervisor or another similar recognised training in the social or socioprofessional integration field
• Ideally holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical, manual, or logistics field
• With at least 5 years of proven experience in socioprofessional support, in logistics and/or recycling
• Willing to commit to supporting people facing difficulties in the labour market due to social and professional barriers
• Proven ability to manage a team of 10 to 20 people
• Ease in training, supporting, and transferring knowledge
• Developed interpersonal skills and confidence in oral communication
• Versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and proactive
• Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team and ability to collaborate in shared governance
• Good command of common Office software tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Possession of a forklift licence is an asset

The following tasks will be entrusted to you:

• Monitoring, training, and supervising people in professional reintegration (20 beneficiaries within our workshop)
• Supervising the work of beneficiaries within the electronic and IT equipment recycling activities
• Managing and organising all workshop activities
• Reconciling production and educational objectives while considering the personal rhythms and individual capacities of beneficiaries
• Assessing the skills of beneficiaries
• Close collaboration with the internal network and active participation in interim and final assessments of beneficiaries
• Participation in recycling activities in compliance with the strict specifications and expected activity volume set by our client

Your professional context will notably include:

• A varied activity within a motivated and multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic institution with shared governance (sociocracy)
• Attractive working conditions (working hours, holidays, loss of earnings, occupational pension scheme, etc.)
• Salary scale: between CHF 71,000 and CHF 99,000 gross annually / 12 months (at 100%)
