Thanks to your expertise and autonomy, you provide pragmatic solutions to daily HR situations surrounding the employee life cycle while ensuring compliance with legal provisions and institutional practices.
With us, human resources are not limited to applying rules. They support managers, assist employees and contribute every day to the quality of care offered to the beneficiaries of our Foundation.
You:

- Have at least 5 years of proven experience in a specialist HR or Business Partner role (ideally in the medico-social sector);
- Have proven experience in recruitment and supporting managers;
- Know how to adopt a true HR Business Partner stance, developing trusting relationships with managers, demonstrating active listening and pragmatically supporting them in their HR challenges;
- Communicate easily with various interlocutors, know how to persuade diplomatically, show assertiveness when required and establish constructive dialogue, even in sensitive contexts;

- Are able to manage several files simultaneously and set priorities;
- Have strong writing skills and excellent command of French;
- Master common IT tools (Opale/CareFolio would be an asset) and have an interest in digital solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
As a close HR partner, you support managers and employees on all operational HR topics in collaboration with the HR manager. In this capacity, you:
- Lead recruitment and support the integration of new employees;
- Advise managers on team management and application of the legal framework;
- Manage the main administrative activities related to the employee life cycle;
- Coordinate training actions and contribute to skills development;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes as well as to the development of the HR function in the context of integrating a new site by participating in institutional projects.
We offer you:
- A human-scale organisation placing relationships at the heart of its operation, in a medico-social context that gives meaning to daily commitment;
- A relaxed and collegiate working atmosphere within a great team;
- Many benefits for our employees ( available on our website );
- Opportunities for continuing education to support your professional development;
- The possibility to work from home one day per week;
- Conditions according to the San VD collective labour agreement.
