Financial and Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You manage the entire financial accounting as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting for two companies
- You are responsible for payroll accounting
- You prepare the VAT returns
- You undertake general closing tasks such as accruals and reconciliations
- You are responsible for preparing annual financial statements for auditing
- You are responsible for creating and checking heating and ancillary cost statements
- You are responsible for creating and checking property statements including owner statements
- You are responsible for dunning, debt collection, and enforcement
- You are responsible for creating, coding, and recording creditor invoices
- You are responsible for posting bank statements
- You undertake general administrative tasks
- Participation in projects
Qualifications:
- You have a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of practical bookkeeping experience in the real estate sector
- Re-entrant to financial and accounts payable bookkeeping with W&W-Immotop experience
- You have experience with W&W-Immotop (W&W-Immotop2 is an advantage). The system will be switched to Immotop2 in mid-2022.
- Confident use of Office programmes and new media
- You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written
- Independent, precise, and efficient working style as well as flexibility and resilience are among your qualities
- Enjoyment in dealing with people rounds off your profile
- Category B driving licence required
