In this role, you actively shape the transformation in fiduciary services and accompany your clients as a mandate manager payroll with comprehensive consulting competence. You act as a sparring partner who supports clients holistically and helps them master their individual challenges. Responsibilities:
You take on professional client support primarily for large national and international mandates in the payroll area
You are responsible as the central contact person for partners for the holistic handling of payroll accounting, in collaboration with the administrative staff
You competently advise clients on local as well as international issues concerning payroll accounting, social insurance, and withholding taxes
If interested, you can additionally take on responsibility for projects or perform temporary assignments directly on site with clients
Qualifications:
You have a CAS Payroll or a federal professional certificate in fiduciary services, social insurance, or human resources, or a comparable qualification
You bring at least five years of professional experience as a payroll specialist in an international environment and have already gained experience in mandate management
Sound knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
You convince with clear and differentiated communication skills in German as well as good to very good English skills
You are a true team player and actively shape change
