Client Advisor Fiduciary / Deputy Mandate Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 120,000The main activities of this ROCKEN partner include bookkeeping, personnel administration, tax and business consulting, as well as active support in succession planning. The services of auditors and real estate fiduciary are offered through specialised partner companies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the independent and personal support of clients in the areas of bookkeeping, personnel administration, VAT and direct taxes.
- Mandate-specifically, you ensure the quality of the work of the clerks.
- You independently plan the mandates in consultation with the mandate management.
- According to your experience, you also support the management professionally and organisationally in the care of selected mandates.
Qualifications:
- You have completed fiduciary training* and have at least five years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector.
- As a service provider, you act flexibly and proactively in dealing with different customer needs.
- You are used to planning the mandates assigned to you with foresight even in hectic times and appreciate team exchange.
- You gladly take on responsibility and appreciate the dynamism and versatility of the fiduciary industry. Additional training in human resources (e.g. HR specialist certificate) would ideally complement your profile.
