Customer Service & Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Preparation of quotations as well as administrative recording and processing of customer orders
Coordination of international transports including the required customs documentation
Monitoring spare parts availability and organising timely deliveries
Administrative support of existing maintenance agreements
Checking and posting freight costs as well as allocation of transport expenses
Issuing invoices for spare parts deliveries and technical services
Coordination with freight forwarders and internal departments regarding shipping issues
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Practical experience in international shipping and customs processing
Good knowledge of working with national and international transport service providers
Experience in commercial order processing and invoicing
Strong customer orientation and professional communication skills
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Resilience and flexibility in dealing with changing requirements of a technical company
Fluent German skills as well as good French and English skills
