In this central role, you are part of the IT Shared Services team and, together with another specialist, shape our IT Delivery Management. You ensure that projects and products work successfully across team and departmental boundaries. You create transparency about our IT portfolio, coordinate dependencies, and support our product and project teams with effective methods, clear processes, and practical coaching.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Managing the IT project and product portfolio by creating transparency about progress, priorities, resources, risks, and mutual dependencies
- Coordinating collaboration between product teams, projects, IT functions, and business units to ensure common goals, aligned roadmaps, and reliable implementation
- Contributing to the further development of our IT Delivery Management with appropriate governance structures, methods, processes, tools, and metrics for project, portfolio, and product management
- Methodical and procedural support of product and project teams, including coaching in the application of agile and traditional approaches as well as continuous improvement of their collaboration
- Preparation, moderation, and facilitation of cross-departmental planning, prioritisation, and decision-making processes, as well as preparation of well-founded decision bases for management and steering committees
- Promoting a sustainable delivery culture through knowledge exchange, retrospectives, lessons learned, and the consistent anchoring of best practices in the IT organisation
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of solid professional experience in IT project, portfolio, or product management, ideally in a larger and internationally oriented organisation
- Completed studies, for example in business informatics, computer science, or business administration, relevant further training, or a comparable qualification
- Profound methodological competence in classical and agile project and product management, for example Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2, or comparable approaches
- Experience in cross-coordination of multiple projects or product teams as well as in managing priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Strong coaching and moderation skills with the ability to methodically guide teams, accompany change, and continuously develop collaboration
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented personality with convincing communication, diplomatic skills, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders purposefully
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably in the MedTech or pharmaceutical environment, is an advantage
- Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
