Responsibilities:
Maintaining existing customer contacts in international business.
Telephone acquisition of new customers and processing of sales enquiries.
Preparation of customer-specific offers and calculations.
Coordination of technical clarifications with internal specialist departments.
Support in the selection of suitable special products and customised solutions.
Follow-up of open offers and consistent sales tracking.
Advice on commercial and product-specific questions.
Coordination of customer requirements with the responsible internal departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, supplemented by knowledge in the other field.
Several years of professional experience in international internal sales.
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
Strong understanding of technical products and commercial processes.
Structured working method when handling multiple customer concerns.
Communicative skills in dealing with international business partners.
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
