To complete our technical service team, we are looking for a:
Technical Employee / 100%
Your main duties
- Ensure, together with the technical manager, the maintenance and monitoring of the site’s installations;
- Respond quickly in case of breakdown, malfunction or urgent situation;
- Carry out various maintenance works in the buildings;
- Maintain the outdoor areas and contribute to keeping them in good condition;
- Participate in the furnishing of rooms and the transfer of residents;
- Apply and promote safety rules;
- Manage waste sorting and disposal according to current regulations;
- Participate in managing stocks of materials, products and equipment.
What you bring
- Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or training in a building trade;
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position;
- Good technical knowledge and interest in building and installation maintenance;
- Autonomous, versatile, organised and with good practical sense;
- Service-minded, comfortable in contact and respectful attitude towards residents, families and colleagues;
- Category B driving licence;
- Proficiency with common IT tools;
- Living nearby is an asset, especially for urgent interventions.
