Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500For a successful Swiss manufacturing company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company has extensive know-how in the development and production of high-quality precision products and serves customers in various international markets. Responsibilities:
Preparation of commercial documents for customer enquiries and orders
Clarification of export requirements and obtaining official permits
Checking readiness for shipment and coordination with involved departments
Recording and updating all order information in the ERP system
Checking export-relevant documents for completeness and accuracy
Coordination of international goods transport with external partners
Handling customer concerns throughout the entire order process
Support with administrative processes related to international goods trade
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
Experience in international order processing or export
Familiarity with customs formalities, shipping documents, and export procedures
Good IT user skills, preferably with ERP and Office applications
Careful and independent working style as well as experience with goods requiring authorisation is an advantage
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
Good English skills for written and oral business communication
French language skills facilitate cooperation with French-speaking business partners
