We are looking for a renowned bank a Customer Service Officer

Tasks

• Opening, changes & deletions of E-Banking contracts
• Activation of additional accounts and portfolios
• Generation and dispatch of activation code
• Power of attorney management for third parties
• Blocking, unblocking
• LSV configuration (in connection with SIC/SIX)
• BESR openings / dispatch (including BESR test and completion)
• PDF configurations
• 1st level support E-Banking
• 2nd level support E-Banking

Requirements

• Commercial training
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Banking experience is a great advantage
