Role:
In this position, you take full responsibility for electrical projects - from the initial offer phase to successful handover to the customer. You confidently lead your project team through all phases and ensure reliable, economical and timely implementation of complex technical undertakings.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of projects from offer preparation to billing and final project handover
Autonomous leadership of the project team through all project phases
Analysis of tender requests, derivation of well-founded decisions and preparation of specifications, tender documents and bills of quantities
Participation in the drafting of work and engineering contracts
Ensuring efficient, economical and timely project execution
Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships through professional and committed support
Use of modern technologies in building automation, Industry 4.0, smart home, e-mobility or photovoltaics
Qualifications:
Completed training, ideally as an electrical planner EFZ, electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical basic education
Planned or completed further training as an electrical engineer FH, electrical technician HF or equivalent
Experience in project management of electrical planning projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations
Confident use of MS Office, good knowledge of CAD/CAE programmes, ideally BIM
Business fluent German, additional language skills (e.g. French) advantageous
