Your tasks

• Ensuring the technical availability of various systems (cooling, ventilation, fire alarm, vacuum and air handling systems, air conditioning units, compressed air compressors, technical gases as well as wastewater system with flotation plant, high-speed and sectional doors, roller and sliding doors, doors with electronic access system, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs to reduce downtime and stoppages
• Performing preventive maintenance work and continuously optimising the building infrastructure and technology to increase system availability
• Maintaining and implementing the maintenance programme including clean documentation on machines and systems
• Coordinating and collaborating with external specialists and service providers
• Active participation in installations and projects in the field of building technology
• Managing and ordering spare parts

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training in building maintenance and building technology
• Initial professional experience in maintenance is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with strong team skills
• Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations
• Willingness to work irregular shifts (early and late shifts, weekend on-call duty and assignments)
• No sensitivity to blood, strong odours and heights
