We are looking for a

HES/EPF Project Engineer 80-100%

Location: Canton of Valais

Contract: Permanent

Your responsibilities

Project management & coordination

• Manage execution projects from A to Z, from initial planning to commissioning on site

• Ensure smooth liaison and coordination between the project management, suppliers and external stakeholders

• Guarantee financial monitoring as well as strict adherence to deadlines and allocated budgets

Site supervision & execution

• Plan and structure on-site operations in partnership with the project manager

• Ensure presence on site, lead site meetings and maintain proper technical documentation

• Actively ensure compliance with quality standards, performance and safety regulations

Technical support & follow-up

• Provide responsive technical support to operations teams, whether remotely or directly on site

• Ensure continuous monitoring of existing installations and propose adjustments or optimisations

Management

• Participate in the development of test procedures and the drafting of test summaries

• Take charge of conducting tests in the laboratory and on pilot installations under your responsibility

• Collaborate on various test campaigns in the laboratory and on site

Your profile:

• HES/EPF engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in industrial systems, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent qualification

• Experience or good knowledge of water treatment (drinking or wastewater)

• You speak French and have a good command of English; knowledge of German would be a plus.

• Proficient use of common office tools (MS Office) and a genuine curiosity for digital technologies

• Proven ability to work both in a team and independently

• Analytical mind, organisational skills and great adaptability to unforeseen circumstances
