Structural Draftsperson (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 115,000Our ROCKEN partner plans and builds modern single-family and multi-family houses as a general and timber construction contractor, using solid or timber construction methods.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of plans and drawings in the field of structural engineering, floor plans, sections, elevations
- Support in the design, execution, and detailed planning of construction projects
- Creation of visualisations and presentations
- Collaboration with architects, site managers, and other professionals
- Adherence to schedules and budgets
- Consideration of construction-technical and legal regulations
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson, specialising in architecture
- Several years of professional experience in structural drafting
- Very good proficiency with ArchiCAD, preferably also with Provis
- Good spatial imagination and creative talent
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Driving licence category B
- Confident German and good English skills
