Responsibilities:
- First-level support for user enquiries in the area of ABACUS finance
- Analysis, identification and resolution of software issues
- Support in the implementation and adaptation of ABACUS financial solutions
- Training and advising customers in the use of the software
- Documentation of customer enquiries and solutions
- Close collaboration with internal development teams and external service providers
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training, preferably in fiduciary or financial sector
- Sound knowledge in the use of ABACUS financial software
- Experience in software support or comparable activities
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Independent and structured working style
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
