The Municipal Property Management (GIM) is responsible for the management and operation of the extensive rental portfolio of the City of Geneva, combining the functioning of a traditional property management office with the implementation of an ambitious social policy for 90% of the housing. Your mission and responsibilities
- Ensure the administrative management of surface rights and property rights, as well as a defined portfolio of public establishments, in accordance with the policy of the City of Geneva.
- Assume financial monitoring of the entrusted objects, in connection with the budget and established directives.
- Ensure the monitoring of rented objects, in terms of maintenance and technical aspects, compliance by the surface rights holders with their contractual obligations and the necessary contacts with other concerned municipal services.
Your profile
- Hold a federal certificate as a Property Manager or an expert in real estate valuations.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with practical knowledge of real rights, both financially and legally.
- Have a perfect command of common IT tools (Word, Excel) and preferably Quorum and Intercapi.
- Possess excellent writing skills and perfect spelling.
- Able to work independently while appreciating teamwork, you have a sense of organisation, rigour and ease in human contacts.
- Be a rigorous and responsive person while being able to manage a significant number of projects simultaneously.
