Junior DevSecOps Engineer

SecuLabs SA is a Swiss player specialised in cybersecurity. We support multinationals, SMEs, government agencies and financial institutions by offering innovative solutions, sharp technical expertise and a proactive approach to anticipate and respond to cyber risks.

We are looking for a junior DevSecOps profile, passionate about automation, infrastructure security and monitoring. The idea is to work on concrete topics around deployment, securing pipelines and ensuring the reliability of our environments.

Junior DevSecOps Engineer M/F

The missions

• Set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines integrating security controls (SAST, DAST)
• Containerise and orchestrate applications with Docker and Kubernetes (k8s)
• Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructures with Ansible, Terraform and Packer
• Set up and maintain supervision and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Contribute to securing, stabilising and continuously improving production environments

Profile sought

• Junior position, permanent contract (possibility of end-of-study internship then hiring)
• Curious and autonomous
• Personal side projects (infra, security, dev, etc.)
• Strong interest in DevSecOps and cybersecurity

Technical skills

DevSecOps: SAST, DAST, Docker, k8s, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Grafana, Prometheus

Infra / Systems / Networks: Proxmox, OPNSense, UniFi, VRRP

Bonus

• Big plus: development skills beyond Python and Bash scripting
• Big plus: AI skills – not just using ChatGPT, but real mastery of vLLM and the fundamentals of Machine Learning
