Job summary
As a Refrigeration Engineer, your mission is to provide your technical expertise to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our industrial refrigeration installations. You will make a difference by working closely with maintenance, production, industrial services, project teams and technical partners to strengthen safety, compliance and operational excellence. This key role will allow you to connect with specialists, develop your expertise and create an impact for the factory and at site level.
Your impact as a Refrigeration Engineer
- Supporting CAPEX investment projects related to refrigeration, through project engineering management, from technical definition to commissioning and operational start-up.
- Ensuring compliance of industrial refrigeration installations with legal requirements, internal standards and applicable safety rules.
- Supporting maintenance teams in diagnosing, improving reliability and continuous enhancement of industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Developing the skills of field teams through clear training materials and coaching focused on safety, performance and efficiency.
- Identifying improvement opportunities to enhance installation reliability, reduce losses and optimise operating costs.
- Strengthening a culture of prevention, collaboration and operational excellence aiming for zero accidents, zero environmental impact and zero loss.
What will make you successful in the role
- Holder of a degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Bringing solid expertise in industrial services, industrial refrigeration (minimum 1 year), and maintenance of technical equipment.
- Applying a structured problem-solving approach to analyse root causes and sustainably improve installation reliability.
- Using your skills in managing technical projects to coordinate investments, commissioning and equipment start-ups.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and technical experts to achieve concrete results.
- Fluent communication in French and English.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, responsiveness and continuous learning.
