Production Technician
About the Position
As a Production Technician, you ensure the monitoring and control of production units in compliance with safety, quality and performance requirements.
Present both on site and in the control room, you ensure the proper functioning of the facilities within a continuously operated production environment, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Monitor the proper functioning of production units and storage facilities through regular site rounds and proactive identification of deviations or anomalies.

Carry out operational sampling and checks to ensure process compliance and product quality.

Operate and supervise the facilities from a control room equipped with state-of-the-art digital process control systems.

Perform operational manoeuvres on production equipment and carry out first-level maintenance interventions.

Contribute to improving operational performance by maintaining a safe, orderly working environment in compliance with industrial standards.

Apply and promote Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) requirements, actively contributing to the control of industrial risks.
Position Specifics

The position is carried out in 12-hour shifts (06:15-18:15 / 18:15-06:15) as part of continuous activity. This organisation offers an attractive rhythm with about 145 days of presence per year, leaving significant time for personal life and rest periods.

You will benefit from internal company firefighter training, enabling you to play an active role in prevention and emergency management on site.

Required Profile
-
Holder of a technical CFC or equivalent.
-
Interested in industrial environments and comfortable working in alternating day/night shifts.

Enjoys fieldwork and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Meticulous, with good analytical skills and sensitive to safety issues.

Good command of French, both spoken and written.

Holder of a category B driving licence and having a vehicle to get to the site.
