What will your responsibilities be?

With the support of our management team in Switzerland, you will work alongside other experienced consultants to contribute to the development of our business and the support of our clients. You will be responsible for the overall monitoring and advice to pension funds. Your tasks will notably include:

• Advising pension funds and companies on financing methods, technical bases and all relevant actuarial matters
• Carrying out expert work in occupational benefits, particularly in the context of annual closings and technical expert reports
• Reviewing pension fund regulations, in close collaboration with our legal specialists
• Leading actuarial analyses, benchmarking studies and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) studies, in collaboration with our investment consultants
• Supporting and mentoring other employees in a spirit of exchange and mentorship, to contribute to the growth and development of the team
• Directly supporting management in the management of internal projects at the national level and, depending on profile and needs, assuming certain leadership responsibilities
• Working closely with our various specialists to continue developing our service offering for pension funds
• Performing actuarial valuations according to national and international standards, notably IAS 19 and ASC 715, depending on profile and needs
• Supporting other activities of our company within the framework of the overall advice provided to their clients

• Completed or ongoing training as a certified expert in occupational benefits
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ease in client relations, sense of responsibility and strong initiative
• Curiosity, flexibility and pragmatism in finding solutions adapted to our clients’ needs
• Very good knowledge of French and English; good knowledge of German is an asset
• Interest in designing and developing innovative solutions
• High quality standards, strong team spirit and great reliability
• Willingness to continue developing new skills
• Open, proactive, responsible, structured and analytical personality
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Empathetic, stress-resistant and committed personality
