Role:
Our client is a specialised service company in the field of real estate and trusteeship, supporting owners, investors, and other clients in the professional management and administration of real estate. The range of services includes real estate-related administrative and commercial tasks as well as fiduciary services and individual consulting.
You can expect a versatile working environment at the interface of real estate and finance. Personal customer contact, independent work, and careful management of various mandates characterise the daily work. You can apply your professional skills purposefully, take on responsibility, and develop further in a varied environment.
Responsibilities:
You lead your accounting team both professionally and personally and promote its development.
You ensure the timely preparation of annual financial statements as well as ancillary and operating cost statements.
You are responsible for the correct processing of all business transactions in accounts receivable and payable, debt collection, as well as owner, tenant, and condominium documents.
You ensure quality and process security in the entire real estate accounting area through regular checks.
You coordinate internal IT matters and liaise with an external IT service provider.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in the real estate or trusteeship environment.
You bring a strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills.
You convince with your leadership strength and gladly take on responsibility.
You enjoy passing on your knowledge and actively promoting employees.
You have confident German language skills.
