Role:
A technically skilled individual is sought to build and further develop a central AI platform. The focus is on developing productive AI applications, AI agents, and GenAI solutions as well as their secure integration into existing systems and business processes.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of AI agents, LLM/GenAI applications, RAG solutions, and agent orchestrations
Collaboration with business and process owners to identify and implement suitable AI use cases
Further development and operation of a central platform for AI agents, AI services, LLM access, and knowledge management
Integration of APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems into AI solutions
Transition of proofs of concept into robust and scalable production solutions
Development of patterns and best practices for the use of AI
Support and enablement of teams in the independent use of AI technologies
Consideration of data protection, IAM, and traceability already during conception
Implementation of appropriate guardrails for safe and responsible AI use
Qualifications:
Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI or comparable technologies
Experience with the productive operation of AI solutions
Initial knowledge of agentic workflows or multi-agent systems is an advantage
Good understanding of modern software architectures, APIs, integration, and cloud
Knowledge of Python, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, or vector databases is an advantage
Experience with Azure is an advantage
Understanding of production-ready and scalable systems
Fluent German skills and fluent English
