Responsibilities
As part of the development of its industrial activities, our client is seeking an Industrialisation & Industrial Performance Project Manager.
You will play a central role in optimising production processes and deploying new industrial means.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage industrialisation projects for new products, from launch to production.
- Define and optimise manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and lead times.
- Develop and maintain the technical documentation necessary for production activities.
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and industrial validation phases.
- Analyse malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and overall performance.
- Conduct technical monitoring and propose innovative solutions to modernise production means.
- Gather workshop requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure follow-up of automation and equipment modernisation projects.
Candidate profile
- Higher technical education such as engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in an industrial environment (ideally luxury sector).
- Strong skills in industrialisation, methods, technical project management, and continuous improvement.
- Good command of Lean tools and process optimisation approaches.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and design or technical drawing tools.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong results orientation and performance improvement focus.
- Autonomy, rigour, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to unite teams around development projects.
- Passion for technical innovation and transforming environments.
