Salary - CHF81,900 - 94,900Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus. The emphasis is on high quality standards, modern technologies, and the continuous development of products and processes.
Role:
As an employee in work preparation, you coordinate operational planning processes, accompany projects, and support the further development of internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
You ensure reliable demand planning and keep an eye on the corresponding processes.
You take on the coordination and monitoring of projects and ensure their progress.
You support the further development of digital processes and contribute improvements to existing systems.
You evaluate operational key figures and derive appropriate measures from them.
You take care of the review and approval of technical documents as well as changes and keep the documentation up to date.
You process system-supported material requests and monitor their further progress.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical basic education as well as several years of experience in operational planning and organisation; a subject-related further education is an advantage.
You have good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
You are characterised by an independent, careful, and reliable way of working and convince with flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills.
