Export Clerk & Customer Service (m/f/d)

Role:
In this versatile position, you will look after international business customers and ensure professional order processing. You coordinate commercial processes, maintain direct contact with business partners, and work closely with internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You are the central contact person for international customers and business partners and take care of their concerns.
You ensure smooth coordination between customers, production, and logistics and coordinate the corresponding delivery processes.
You process customer orders from order entry to invoicing and monitor payment receipts.
You maintain telephone and written contact with international customers, mainly in English.
You support the further development of existing customer relationships and ensure professional care.
You contribute to improving internal processes and support efficient collaboration between different departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ).
You have professional experience in internal sales or international order processing, ideally with experience in export and/or foreign trade.
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
You impress with initiative, organisational talent, communication skills, teamwork, as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style.
