About the job

Located in the Pays-d’Enhaut region, our Foundation offers care and support to anyone affected in their mental health, within various medico-social establishments (EPSM and EMS). We currently accommodate 96 Residents and rely daily on the skills of 135 collaborators.

To complete the team at the EMS de L’Ours, in Château-d’Oex, we are looking for a:

Psychogeriatric Nurse

between 80% and 100%

Start date: immediately or to be agreed

Your mission:

• Ensure the proper organisation of the care service as well as a high quality of support
• Manage complex care cases
• Coordinate the work of the nursing staff fairly and respecting each person’s skills
• Work in a multidisciplinary team and with the network

Desired profile:

• Bachelor in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in psychogeriatrics; a CAS would be an asset
• PLEX and PLAISIR evaluator
• Good communication and listening skills
• Valid driving licence
• Clean criminal record
