Our mission is to bring our expertise in home care and support to accompany the life projects of the residents of the canton of Neuchâtel. Our services are provided by a network of small nursing teams, operating autonomously and agilely, distributed across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon.

Administrative Coordination Officer 70-80%
Mission:
As the main point of entry for NOMAD, the administrative coordination officer ensures the sorting, analysis and direction of internal and external requests. They guarantee reliable, secure and efficient administrative handling and contribute to the smooth journey of clients within the legal and institutional framework.
Your main responsibilities:
- Welcome incoming multichannel flow (calls, email, physical reception)
- Identify and qualify the needs of clients, partners or colleagues
- Advise and direct towards the external or internal network
- Ensure the administrative management of service requests
- Handle specific requests (help and support, nutrition mandate, ...)
- Provide support to the ALO service
Your profile:
- Health-social maturity or Federal VET Diploma in the health field
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position (administrative and care)
Your skills:
- Initiative and autonomy
- Good knowledge of the Swiss health system and the Neuchâtel socio-health network
- Organisational, prioritisation and adaptability skills
- Interpersonal ease and welcoming attitude
- Dynamism and responsiveness
- Stress resistance and flexibility
- Comfort with IT tools
