Talent Pool – HR Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


Managing the entire recruiting process (end-to-end) for various specialist and management positions

Actively approaching candidates via social media and business networks (Active Sourcing)

Conducting initial interviews, job interviews and suitability assessments

Advising hiring managers and departments on all recruitment and sourcing matters

Shaping employer attractiveness, employer branding and candidate experience

Flexibility regarding employment model (permanent employment, temporary assignment / interim income or project basis)

Completed training, further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist) or a relevant degree (e.g. business administration, psychology)

Proven experience in recruiting / talent acquisition (in-house or on the personnel service provider side)

Proficient use of common sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Strong communication skills, empathy and a good sense for people and corporate cultures

Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional languages (such as English or French) are an advantage
